1. What Graphl is
Graphl is an interactive study tool for economics, operated from Australia by its builder (contact below). Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Your account and subscription
Free features need no account. Pro is a paid subscription billed by Stripe in AUD, monthly or yearly, tied to your email address. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices can change, but never mid-period and founding-member pricing stays as promised while your subscription remains active.
3. Fair use
One subscription is for one person. Don't resell access, scrape the site, hammer the AI endpoints with scripts, or try to bypass usage limits. We may suspend accounts doing these things.
4. Education, not advice
Everything on Graphl is for learning. It is not financial, investment, or professional advice, and while the models are verified against standard textbooks, we don't guarantee any grade or outcome. Do your own assessments yourself; Graphl teaches the framework, it doesn't sit the exam.
5. Content and ownership
The site, engine, and content are ours. Graphs you export (PDF or share links) are yours to use in study, teaching, and assignments with attribution appreciated. Don't republish the content library wholesale.
6. Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent Australian Consumer Law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here excludes rights that consumer law says can't be excluded.
